Restaurant bewertenI'm not exactly sure if the counter I bought from also belongs to Villa Italian a Kitchen or they've sublet half of the store to another company. But I am writing in reference to the counter opposite from where pizza is sold. The food that was available was all stored prepacked in the fridge next to the counter at airport exorbitant prices for subpar food and quality.Customer service was average to below average with what seemed like passive aggressive service. One moment there were smiles, and what felt like friendliness, and the next glares were received. It happened to the customer before me and then to me.The atmosphere of the place wasn't very comfortable or clean. The minimum was done to keep the place welcoming and clean.
Quick service went while waiting for arrival of family member to Mia in southwest airlines. Enjoy ? of pizza.
I don't write 1 star reviews often but this is a rare exception. The quality of food is terrible, the grease will leave you feeling at least 10 lbs heavier. Additionally it was obvious the staff had no idea how to properly operate their facilities or communicate with eachother to make orders timely and coherent. For how much you have to pay, you're better off at Wendy's or subway because at least you know what you're getting into. Avoid if possible, there are other places in D wing to get a slice of pizza.
Pizza looked and tasted like it had set out for and hour or two. Lettuce on salad was brown. Took forever to get order. Many employees standing around playing on their phones. Food tasted par at best. Would not ever eat there again.
Meatballs and pizza are absolutely nasty, couldn't eat. The meatballs tasted spoiled. They microwaved the meatballs but staff said their food is fresh.
