Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

My Wife ordered ahead online and gets there around 11:40 a.m after placing the order before 10a.m. They said the machine didn't print the receipt for the order. They had her wait about 30 min so they could make the other orders ahead of hers. My wife saidthe guy working there was very very slow, todays date is 10/2/2021. Bad customer service i would say.

I recently had dinner with my daughter at this restaurant and was impressed by the Manager's interaction with the young teenage staff. The Manager was efficient, handling multiple orders and customers at once, all while providing training to the staff. It was great to see the positive interactions and good morale among the staff as they interacted with customers. Overall, it was a pleasant experience witnessing such a well-run establishment.

However, when I arrived at the restaurant, they had not even begun making my order. I believe they rushed to prepare it and ended up forgetting the cheddar cheese.
