Restaurant bewertenThere was one person working and a line when i entered. Young gentleman did his best to keep up. I had strawberry cheesecake and butter brick in a cup. Worth the wait. Delicious!
Sooo delicious. These unique European cones (they come from Hungary and Prague) are a light thin bread consistency with a sugary sweet outer layer. They serve gelato here and it tastes just as good as the gelato I have had in Europe. There’s lots of toppings to choose from too. Great little sweet treat spot!
Get ready for a sugar rush. The ice cream in a chimney cone is not to be missed.... They serve Gunther's which makes probably the best birthday cake ice cream I have ever had (not a flavor I normally get). The pricing is a little weird (basically everything is $8) so as long as you are ready to commit to $8 and thousands of calories this is a must. And ask for Jordan he is the best scooper!!
Ice cream shop that uses a donut like pastry for the cone. I got the 'nutty professor ' and my son got the 'apple pie a la mode ' . Problems. In a small cup that is very light. Always had to hold it do it wouldn 't fall over. My son lost his cone in the first few bites and never got to finish it. The ice cream was good, rich soft serve, but not a lot of flavor options. Appeared to be vanilla and chocolate only. Both our desserts came with flavors (peanut butter /apple pie filling) in the bottom of the cone. Neither of us knew this, so we got all this treat after the ice cream was gone. So, like eating a filled donut when you got that far. For reference, the muffins next to the glazed donut are about the same size as CostCo muffins.
Great concept. The cone with ice cream is a bit much and definitely hits the spot. Wish the cone were a bit smaller and warm. Overall a good experience with helpful staff for first timers.
