Restaurant bewertenNormally this Starbucks is my go to, never had a problem with my mobile order and everyone is always friendly. Today my latte was wrong/ poorly made (no extra shot and very little ice) and my pastry wasn?t warmed as requested. I don?t normally order a latte so I forgot to add a customization (vanilla). I had money in hand to pay for it or tip but was given attitude and told to fix it myself. As a former partner, I understand baristas don?t get paid enough to deal with certain things, but as a regular with a simple order I am pretty disappointed with my experience. In my 3 years at Starbucks I learned never to judge a customer by their cover, they just might be a barista, trying to get through the same day at minimum wage.
Store closes at 6:30pm today. It?s 4:30 pm and the store is locked. Sign says go to drive thru, and drive thru is closed. No one answering phones. Countless people have tried to get service (because they should be open) but we are all driving away disappointed. I get that things happen, but at least post something explaining why you are not open during normal business hours. Poor management for sure.
Got there at 7:15am. I saw one guy standing behind the counter not doing anything. Drive thru blocked saying they?re closed and front door is not open either. I understand there?s a lack of worker in a lot of places. But at least you can keep the store open without drive thru with one worker.
Poor service. Got my name wrong. Also helped 3x as many people in front of me because of "online "orders. I would 've go here again unless I ordered ahead. Also make sure you align with their politics because they only HIRE and support certain people. Not ALL people.
Always short staffed. Drink's are typically wrong, and when you tell them about the incorrect drink. They argue with you.
