We placed a to-go order since we were short on time. I paid for my meal and even tipped the server. However, once we got to our table, no one came to serve us, so we had to ask for assistance multiple times. To make matters worse, they forgot an item from our order, and one of our side dishes was incorrect!

I visited this restaurant a few months ago, and I was really impressed by how polite and friendly the manager or supervisor was. I would definitely return solely because of the outstanding customer service—I felt so welcomed! Thank you all! I was quite exhausted that day, and this experience was just what I needed!

"What happened? My food arrived at the table, but then a couple of people who came in 20 minutes after me received their meals before I did. I ended up speaking to the manager about the issue. She was in the kitchen and asked the waiter to check on what was going on. When she finally came to my table, she said, 'I'm sorry, can we fix this?' I replied, 'No, that's fine, you can just go.' It was quite frustrating."

Just Bubba and the Maple toast....crispy bacon is perfection. Great service for pickup orders!

Food was good. Service was kind of slow, looks they were short on staff, but the server did her best.
