Chili's Grill - Flower Mound

Waited 20 minutes until someone even came to the table, the hostess had to mark down so that this happened. we had to wait 20 minutes. Then they blew the drink order 2x and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. The food was what you expect from a chilli, was better chilli, and was too bad. It's definitely not going back here.

The Manager was more concerned with doing dishes than actually customer service. That is an actual quote from the manager. This location did not disappoint me and my low expectations. This place is horrible. 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, not busy at all, waited at the hostess stand for 5 mins and should have left. Table and pay kiosk was filthy. Wait staff was slow and didn't give a s$ ! After asking to speak with the manager, i know were that attitude comes from. Poor choice on my part- Never again Chili's never again.

There was a time that Chili's was a great place to eat. The staff is fine, it lacks food quality. I like to say that we will be back, just don't have the stomach for it.

Nasty. One word to describe the food and drinks- GROSS. Service certainly matched that energy. Chick-fil-A is faster, friendlier, fresher and cheaper. This is below fast food. Just disgusting. WNR

It was good , visited on national fajita day a robot brought our food to us and the bartender was a cool waiter who called us friends . Great experience!
