Dairy Queen - Florence

I've visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been outstanding. The drive-thru staff are consistently polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. Although it can take some time to get through the drive-thru because of the number of cars, it's definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend trying the new peanut butter cup extreme Blizzard—it's absolutely delicious!

I was really frustrated by the time I got through the drive-thru that I had to just leave. There were only two cars ahead of us, but it took more than 15 minutes after we reached the window, and that was after placing our order! In total, we spent almost 28 minutes in line. Ridiculous! When we finally got our food, it was barely warm, and half of it was missing. I was so annoyed that we just left for home. I don't have the time to explain what is clearly a lack of training on your part. Don't waste your money on their so-called rotisserie-style chicken; it was like dry chicken jerky. They didn’t even provide queso cheese for my daughter's pretzels. This is by far the slowest and most unorganized Dairy Queen I've ever encountered, and I have been to multiple locations across different cities and states. Please train your employees and take pride in the food you serve. I would never recommend this DQ to anyone!

The views are fantastic, and the access is convenient. The location is excellent!

Are you kidding me! The drive thru service was horrific at best. They ignored half of what I said. Had to continually repeat myself. Had to listen as she reprimanded someone while we were in line. Finally got our ordered placed, got to the window andpaid. Got offered ranch said yes just to be told its a .50 charge per container. Told them no since this wasn't an option whenwe ordered amd paid. Then listened as they joked around and complained while we were still there. Got back to the hotel andthe food was cold except the onion rings. Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been and I travel a lot. When back in this area willavoid this place!

Foods good when your able to get. Me and friends have all had similar experiences where if you pull up 30 minutes or less before closing they say they have everything shut down already. 5 minutes with no one in site I get but twice my husband has gone downto get us food 30 minutes before they were closed and told that it was all shut down for the night. Big disappointment.
