Thanks again to the rank leader who is busy with us all night was perfect. Very effective sommelier and thank you to all other teams! I am myself from the profession in the room working in the michelin stars in the last 3 stars and currently 1 star. A great experience! A good meal with good products. Excellent homemade bread. Vegetables from the garden. All right. Remarkable service, smile and good mood, some points of humor. That makes the difference. I recommend.
Everything was exceptional. We had a wonderful evening and we recommend you warmly. An unusual service with small care, very creative and highly sought-after dishes. The frame is both quiet and pretty. If you pass in the area you must not hesitate, we do not regret the two hours of drive!
A real kick in this 1 star restaurant that deserves at least 2 stars. A real heartburn. We took the service in 5 dishes where each dish had pep's that marks the Chef's excellent cuisine; Start with a just sublime butt composed of hazelnuts of the pedestrian and truffle. An absolute pleasure for each dish. The desserts are just as delicious. The service is at the restaurant level. We have taken the menu in 5 acts chosen by the chef, and have not been disappointed, we will remember for a long time the trout, its cooking and divine accompaniments, from the pear in so original entry (although an advertised saffron but little perceptible and frankly the hazel in dessert wahou, best dessert of my life (and I have more than 50 years!). We could even visit the kitchens and see the pros at work Vins also excellent. It was my birthday, great evening, thanks to my husband for the choice, and to the chefs and their teams for this dinner of emotion and gustative poetry!
