Koko - Firenze

It is not an all that you can eat, wanted menu and particular. the price is medium/high, the quality however justifies everything. Better book.

Place that looks very well from the outside and as furniture, with very comfortable seats but tables too close for my goi and for the period. It was a little cold. very good and fresh sushi but I can not say just as well as what I took: vegetables and prawns in tempura and salmon with vegetables. the first more than one tempura is a fried in a rather fat batter, made with a non-good oil and seen salty shrimps and mixed vegetable slices (for the small amount of or € I don't remember exactly). the salmon on the plate was not bad, cut thin-type sashimi and covered by an oil (obviously) not of flavor of olive that gave it nothing more. the embarrassing part of the dish was the quantity and quality of the accompanied vegetables (visible in the photos). special chef uramaki! we risked by taking the sparkling wine of the house: it was drinking but if you like good wine you don't take it. service so, we ate practically alternating because first they brought the dishes to one and then to the other. small relaxation for people to take away.

Great for food, kindness and welcome. very organized. Despite the full, the service remains managed.

Beautiful restaurant and great food, the best Japanese of all firenze! It's not cheap, but it's a pleasure for the palate. to try for sure.
