Jac Do's Pizza East - Findlay

I highly advise against ordering from this restaurant or using the DoorDash service. I ordered a chef salad, and it took over an hour for it to be delivered. I don’t think this place even deserves one star. This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. When I tried to inquire about my order, the staff was rude and unhelpful. It felt like any attempt to ask questions would be met with retaliation. Additionally, I was charged $15.01 in delivery fees for a meal that the restaurant ended up delivering themselves. I will never order from Jac and Do's on Tiffin Ave in Findlay, Ohio again.

I had a frustrating experience with my order. It took nearly two hours for them to deliver, they didn't answer their phone when I tried to reach out, and unfortunately, I received the wrong items.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tom Greed because he is an amazing delivery person! He is incredibly friendly, always thanking us for the tip, and genuinely wishes us to be safe and have a wonderful evening. Out of the two times I've ordered from Jac n Do’s, he was the one who delivered both times. If I could guarantee that he would be my delivery driver every time, I would happily give him a tip every time! He's fantastic!

Awesome pizza with lots of toppings the best in Findlay

I’ve been enjoying Jac Do’s pizza for over 15 years, and I just have to say, I’m addicted! I’m from Lima, and I often pick up a pre-bake on my way through. They come out of my oven so bubbly and crispy. They’re perfect every time.
