Captain D's - Festus

I got the Big Fish sandwich and fries through the drive thru. The wait was short and my meal was hot and my fish sandwich and fries were crispy and delicious. I will definitely be going back!

I was the only customer in line. Food took a while to come out. Fries was cold and hard. Chicken and fish was hot.

1st time here. Cold food was brought to us for our dine in experience. Sent out back to be made fresh. The bathroom was very dirty. The combo of food and cleanliness is the reason i will never come here again.

My dad and I went to lunch 4/01 around 11:30 am. There was one woman working up front doing both the drive thru and eat in customers. She was the most kind and patient employee I have ever seen. She was clearly overwhelmed but she was so friendly with everyone. This woman needs a raise!

This was another one of many visits that I ordered the chicken dinners and drove 40 miles home only to find out I had fish dinners. My husband likes fish but I hate it. He had a nice dinner and I had a baked potato and green beans. I was very disappointed and when I called the manager he said if I would bring them back he would correct the mistake. That was not going to happen given the amount of time and fuel costs. Lesson learned, always check future orders before leaving the drive-thru!
