Burger King - Fernley

Very good breakfast and actually was not expensive. the customer service was top notch. only what I could see to work better would be communication. it was clean and would recommend eating here. everything was fresh and well lubricated

I always seem to encounter issues at this Burger King. Today, the computers were down and they couldn't take any orders. Additionally, their shake machine is always broken whenever I visit. I definitely won't be returning to this Burger King in the future.

They didn't answer the intercom when I pulled up, waited... Waited some more assumed it wasn't working and pulled around. Then I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no mayo, heavy onion, small fry and iced tea. Got a jalapeno bacon burger, a bacon cheese burger, and 2 fries. I was already down the highway, so didn't go back. It all went in the dumpster. Total waste of time.

When I’ve eaten here I’ve always gotten what I’ve asked for the way I wanted it. The ice cream machine is old fashioned and runs when it wants to. But when it does it usually get an Oreo vanilla shake. The menus are not up to date but they’re there to let people know they still offer those delicious slushy. No strawberry one like the poster but there is a strawberry shortcake which is their mystery flavor which itch was just revealed and it’s green and of course the coke. There southwest burger has been discontinued but it’s still advertised cuz of lack of distribution in the main franchise getting them out. People need more patience in this area that’s for sure cuz if you don’t know something just ask someone don’t be so rude cruel to the employees cuz it’s not there fault. Btw I’ve NEVER gotten a frozen or burnt burger like some people state. I’ve cooked them, I’ve served them. Yes I work there!!! I’ve eaten lots of different things there. Lunch breakfast.. My friends family eat there with no problems. We do our best to please even the unpleasantness in people.

This place is the worst in town.. everything is always broken. When you order something, they give you the wrong one. They dont believe on the app. I will never spend a dime on this place again. If theres a 0 star, thats what they deserved.
