Restaurant bewertenI mobile ordered, got there they said “we can’t see the mobile orders so we can’t help you” even though it already took the money out of my account then when we asked what we could do they ignored us so we pulled up to the window and sat there for over 15 minutes. I found out how to cancel my order to get my money back but I definitely won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell. The one on 11 mile is so much better.
Has to be some of the worst service I've ever gotten at a Taco Bell.. and that's kind of saying something ? what's wrong with these kids?
I went through the drive-thru I was ordering my food with in 2-4 mins the only issue I had was with employee she made I was supposed to get $15 and some change and she gave me $5 handsome change my order was mixed up with the amount of money I was supposed to get the amount that was supposed to come back what's the amount that I was buying the it took about 30 minutes for them to count down the drawer and make sure I wasn't BEING them finally I got the money that I was over charged employee mistake
Spent $37 on an Uber eats delivery order and missing half of my order, no sauce, can’t call up to the store, no car to drive up there. That’s my experience.
They always forget all of the food you ordered. They let you drive away without everything in your bag when they hand it to you.
