Mcalister's Deli - Fellowship

Had a very pleasant experience while at McAllisters today… food was very good as always. However, I want to give a shout-out to an employee. While waiting to order, a young lady was taking an elderly gentleman’s order. He was, obviously, hearing impaired and quite slow in placing his order. She showed so much patience and was so sweet to him… I was very touched by her actions. When we left, I went over to her and commended her for her kindness and told her it made me so proud of her. I hope she dosen’t mind.. I asked her name and she said Maya. FYI… McAllisters! You have a real gem working there… hope you show her your appreciation.

I randomly came upon this place about a month ago and I'm really glad I have. I've already tried French dip and Mac and cheese here and it's really good. I do gotta say I wish the mac and chesse was a bit bigger but it's worth the taste. The servers are very calm despite the random bursts of customers they get. If you're craving delish subs, soups, and spuds (potatoes), come down here. The price range seems to range around $20-$40 but it's generally worth the price. Plus, they allow you to combine drinks and have three different syrups: black cherry, strawberry, and peach. Black cheery I heard is the strongest, I personally like the strawberry with lemonade. The managers are also very hands on deck and work with the employees instead of leaving them to deal with the rush alone. Also they do catering, take out, and are very door dash friendly.Parking: Huge parking lot in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available and are very calm and collective whenever it comes to children. Plus there's kids drinks, menu, and cookie.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.WHY do you ask me if I want a pickle with my order AND NOT give it to me when I say yes?!?!Don't ask me.

Rachael, Phillipe, and tye staff are superb. My turkey Avocado sandwich was scrumptious! McAllister is terrific!

I had the Newyorker sandwich. It was magnificent! The young woman at the counter was very polite. Their lemonade was a little weak but good. We will be back.
