Church's Texas Chicken - Federal Way

I went to this place one night I really wanted Church's one night , so on my way home from Tacoma I went out of my way to go to Church's I got there at 945 I understand it was late a lady pulled in just before me she ordered they told her it was a 6 minute wait she says ok and drove to the window I ordered and I noticed that the back door was opened and the kitchen staff was fanning I paid got my order and drove away and I ate my fried okra it was so good. . I reached into the box and got a piece of chicken and dam if it was not burned up I would rather be turned away than giving burned food

I’m from Texas and ate this all the time. This location needs new management. I just spent 30$ on rubbery chicken strips. Also in Texas they have country gravy. Sucks cause sonic is better in Texas as well

Consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Excellent customer service. I've eaten here about 5 times now, and every single time, it's been the same awesome experience. It's why I'll visit here instead of the one in Lakewood, although closer to home. It's rare these days to consistently have fast, friendly service, along with hot, fresh, and delicious food. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Much appreciated.

My wife and I hadn't had church's in quite some time. Decided to give it a go. Big mistake!!! It was dry, tough and old. Won't be back. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Much better service at the speaker and window. New employee faces and much more friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you! Keep up the good work.
