Restaurant bewertenWe went to eat with work friends...24 people. We arrive, an unpretentious hostel both inside and out...we are truly in a local's home. Yves and Véronique welcome you with open arms with a natural and warm familiarity. We feel that he loves to please, they are overflowing with sympathy and this feeling I felt until the moment of leaving, in fact we did not I don't want to leave Yves. Enjoy the meal!! Call you 2 or 3 days before and they will cook up what you want, and if! Not fans of grilled meats but especially of stews, fondues, raclettes and other tartiflettes and I'm sure there are a lot of them. There is no map I think... In short, the menu for us was veal, but prepared as it should be, sliced button mushrooms with onions, carrots flavored with turnips and potato gratin...a killer for the palate. The starter a plate of salad, tomato, eggs and Drôme abomasum. Then...then, since you are at a local's home, you have to finish, so we go back to the main course, and yes! Cheese and dessert, a floating island with fruit sprinkled with crumble accompanied by a big bowl of homemade whipped cream, coffee, Génépy, plum, pear. I forgot the aperitif, the red and white wines, water, syrup left on the table for refills! And all this for ...............25€!!!!! I forgot some good big country bread served and reserved, given to people when leaving!!!! I loved. Thank you for this great time spent at home seeing you love doing your job and simply loving people. Note: Google completely crashes for the location, it is not in Faverges but in Seythenex, 4 km above.
