Petisqueira 3 Em Pipa - Faro

We were looking for a light/quick Portuguese lunch near the Faro city center and we tried this typical restaurant. As a starter we tried a small plate of Portuguese ham (were literally 5 slices, of average/mediocre quality of ham for SEVEN euros. Completely unfair). Then, We tried curry shrimps with rice and salad, beef sandwich and fried sweet potatoes. The sandwich was good, while the shrimps were mediocre. Really great fish petiscos (tapas) and wine selection

A really lovely little place, with very friendly staff. Some nice Algarve wine choices (plus other regions) and some very enjoyable Portuguese tapas. The Diablo prawns were delicious but oh so spicy! The sharing board is a must have with a delicious selection of cheeses.
