It looked clean until we woke up the next morning. We discovered blood on the sheets. Then had to wait about over an hour for someone to come change the sheets. The breakfast could have been better.Nearby activities: It is in a great area with great things to do.

Good location. Awesome staff! Very friendly and helpful.The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The cinnamon rolls are amazing!We were there because of a wedding. There were so many people that same weekend for weddings and ballgames that the staff was extremely busy. But customer service was still a top priority.

This place was beautiful!! The check in process took longer than it should have but the lady was real confused with the new system they had. The breakfast was ok but it was just warm and not hot. Warm gravy isnt very good in my opinion. The main problem was parking. The place was busy and the side parking lot isnt very lit up. So parking in back and having to walk around didnt make us very happy.All in all i would definitely return. The rooms were super nice and mine was very clean

I rated a 4 because the service, it was awesome! We got nothing but great service each and every time we went to the front desk. And we were with a large church group so I know that was stressful on them. But the sheets..that was another story. Both of our beds had stains and one of them was pretty horrible looking. I have a thing about that..makes me itch. If a sheet or blanket looks like those did, don't put them on the bed for a guest. Otherwise, great stay.

Not clean. Had to request different room. I know things are different these days but my son’s feet were black, toilet literally had feces splatter, sink, toilet base, and shower were dirty around edges. I’ve owned a commercial cleaning service for over ten years so I get the shortcuts and they’ve been doing it for too long. Elevators were filthy, including first floor. Neglect evident and periodic cleaning absolutely necessary. Front desk guy was cool but management needs to address. Stayed here before and it just needs attention.
