Mcdonald's - Faribault

Tonight, I ordered two hamburgers for my daughter at the restaurant. I specifically asked for only ketchup and only mustard on both burgers, as indicated on the receipt. However, when we got home and opened the wrappers, we found that both burgers only had pickles and onions, no mustard or ketchup. We returned to the restaurant to complain and received a new order, but once again, they forgot the mustard on both burgers. My daughter was hungry so she took them anyway. Overall, very disappointed with the service and attention to detail at this McDonald's location.

Always halve the dinge a* if I pay for things, I want good quality.

Maybe it's a smaller town thing, but the lobby closing at 8 is seemingly unusual. Also, by 10pm, they were out of all ice cream-based products. Is this the thing I keep hearing about with the McDonald's ice cream machine problems nationwide? The staff seemed apologetic and friendly, so I hope any technical issues were not being held on them.

Their shakes (HAHA) are more like milk. They are runny disgusting and it matters not the time of day ...They DO NOT offer the same condiments ALL other Franchises offer. And above all, they can't get an order straight. 3x through the drive-up just to get a simple order fullfilled correctly.Corporate has been contacted.

I bought drinks with my running gear thru order. When I came into the 2nd window, I had to pour out a diet soda bottle to make space for the drinks. the worker of mcdonald in the window started yelling at me. that's not cool. I said it's a small amount. she said it didn't matter, and that she would be stabbed by a bee. I said it was died, she said it didn't roll. I also let them know that it is too cold for bees. and fyi mcdonald’s karen, bees are more dressed to bright colors than diet soda, if they always stings of bees working the mcdonald’s laufwerk thru, they could ask their workers to change their logo colors and for some time.
