English muffin not even roasted! wth! Make better coloribault! every time?!
Was boxed in ,in the drive thru and couldn't reverse or move forward , the young man the hung out of the 2nd window was extremely rude foe screaming at us to move now when he can clearly see we were fully blocked in. Could of at least said excuse me, but it's McDonald's regular rude customer service standards as always ..
Worst McDonald's! So many of my orders have been messed up at first I thought maybe they are just to busy but come on! Best off going to Northfield. I asked no mustard and add mayo to my double cheeseburger and get this ugh! Like why lol its ALL mayo
Ordered food using app. Went to pick it up and only the drive thru was open. Couldn’t go through the drive thru because our trailer wouldn’t fit. Advised by an employee to walk through the drive thru, but was then told we couldn’t walk through the drive thru. They tried to turn us away for food we already paid for. Only after ringing a door bell that we found over and over again would they give us our food. Very special people work there apparently.
McDonald's is the epitome of fast food customer service. This location has its fair share of ups and downs. There have been cases of false accusations, missing items, unclear communication when the lobby is open, orders being taken at the drive-thru window, and frequently sloppy burgers. Despite all of this, it is still a generally positive experience compared to other McDonald's locations. I have never encountered employees who refuse to correct orders when necessary. Just be prepared for longer lines during peak hours.
