Dunkin' - Fall River

Drive thru was fairly quick and my coffee was perfect

Employees are very friendly and by far one of my favorite. Anyone complaining about waiting when they're ordering 3+ coffees, how about being patient lol. Everyone else wants coffee too, you're placed on lower priority because the single coffee orders are served first. That's how every Dunkin works. For the drive through, you can easily park and get your coffee through the line quicker if there's a ton of cars in front of you.

I don’t normally go to this dunkin but the girl who cashed me out was unbelievably sweet and her smile made my day. i think her name was sky ! ?

The wait times at the drive-thru can be quite lengthy, as there is a delay between each order taken by the staff.

Unfortunately, these employees had to work on Christmas morning. However, I was grateful to find a Dunkin' Donuts open after my 24-hour shift. I'm not sure if they were required to work or if they volunteered for this special day, but I believe it would be considerate for the owner to ask for volunteers for holiday shifts. To those who worked that day, thank you so much! Your efforts are truly appreciated, and I hope the rest of your day was wonderful.
