Restaurant bewertenTheir Southwest Chile Relleno is just delicious. The serving is generous. The staff has always been courteous and prompt.
We have tried to eat at Julio 's 3 times since we came to town. Always seemed to miss them. We 're told they 're the best in town . Back up at the River House with Duke this weekend. Spent a few hours discing my fields and didn 't want to cook. We called to confirm they were open and headed on over. Julio 's is on the McAtrhur side of town. Same side as the John Deere dealer. Duke and I were quite hungry so we ordered up. Started with an appetizer order of taquitos with guacamole and salsa. Followed by the Carnitas rancheros cheese steak for me and Duke had the wet burrito con pollo. On the side we had a cheese quesadilla and a bucket of fresh guacamole. All of the meals came out on platters with fresh rice and beans. All piping hot right from the oven. Our waitress was extremely attentive and very thorough in asking all the right questions to make sure that our order was just right. She even made sure to bring fresh ice cold glasses for Dukes corona. After the amazing meal when we paid at the checkout we noticed they had fresh churros. And when I mean fresh, we 're talking fresh out of the oven fresh complete with cream filled inner filling. Yummy!!!! Not a dozen choices to eat at Fall River. We are super lucky to have Julios 's Highly recommended.
This place was great! I got a chicken tamale plate, and my friend got a chile relleno burrito. The portions were big for a great price (especially coming from the Bay Area where you get twice the food for twice the price! . It's really classic Mexican restaurant food just good tasty fair, cheesy and delicious. Salsa was tasty, chips were good everything was spot on. The people working here were super nice the waitress was great and friendly, and the lady cooking the food came out to double check all my preferences (one of the orders was vegetarian and she made sure to get all of the details right! . The food did take a little while, but that makes sense when there's just one person working in the back to make all the lunch orders! It was a nice day and a relaxed atmosphere inside, and I didn't mind waiting. The other folks eating here also seemed relaxed and happy.
Julio's, formerly La Fogata's, servers wonderful South Western Chile Relleno's! Always delicious. Also their salsa is superb. Very happy they are here for us during the Corona Crisis.
So GOOD!! A group of four reserved a table and the gal had everything set up for us when we arrived! She was so sweet and the food was amazing. I had the fajita salad with steak. Everyone was full and happy
