White Castle - Fairview Heights

Omg! I ordered ahead for a 20 sack, the app said 20-25 mins, got there, one person in line at the drive up, got to the window, confirmed the order and paid for it, it wasn't ready!! Girl seems unconcerned and tells me to pull around the building to a window on the other side, waited an additional 25 minutes! Got my order, no napkins, no sauce, nor did she ask! Got home, 10 minutes away, burgers were dry, cold and overloaded with onions, onion rings were cold and overcooked, greasy. Unbelievable! I'll go to another location next time I want sliders

I went there they 1:10 to 1:15 The manager on duty she is a nicest manager and show customers respect and a good hard worker. My food was cooked and hot less than 5 to 6 minutes good customer service.

Fairview Heights White Castle sliders are mostly hot when I normally go through the drive through line.My fries were hot..which normally doesn't happen much at any of the restaurants.I was very pleased with them that day.
