In Out Burger - Fairfield

Cold, hard broken fries. Unable to eat so I left it on the bin, there were another fries already!! Cashier need to be little more smarter. Just a little bit.

Use to be 5 but I can say, you cannot order how you like your food. They will refuse to alter their cheese fries and won't add it to the center, don't matter if you're paying. Works just rude and has no explanation when asking to alter it. First time I had to leave a bad for in and out.

I love in-n-out burger. Great burgers, very efficient and fast service.

I had dental surgery and asked for my burger to be cut in half. Waited 30 minutes for food I can't eat.

I have been at this location before and never have had any problems with any of the people that worked here.However,My experience with a young lady by the name of jaala at In-N-Out Burger was absolutely disgusting. Her attitude was beyond nasty she was straightup rude, lazy, and the girl had the audacity to act like she couldn't even hear me, though I know she did.She had a poor and to some they would say a very unprofessional dirty attitude and behavior.I noticed how she acted very slobby towards the customers and workmates around her.Which is just truly disgusting,she was going out of her way to be disrespectful, and I’ve never seen anyone so uninterested in doing their job. Rolling her eyes.The way she treated me was unacceptable, and frankly, if she hates dealing with customers so much, she should find another job where she doesn’t have to interact with people at all. Jaala’s attitude is the reason I won’t be coming back to this location.
