Restaurant bewertenEating is great, but I made reservations for a birthday a few days in advance for the hibachi table. When we arrived, they told me they were close and couldn't sit down. I understand that the things happen, but a call would have been nice since they have my contact information and it was someone birthday.
Had my granddaughter here at 17. Birthday dinner and it was wonderful. The cook at the Hibachi table was great, so much fun and delicious food. Dinner is a bit expensive, but the service and food made it good. Had lunch here for years when I worked near this place, and the lunches are reasonable. An experience!!!
Slow service and there were many empty tables that Hostess was fighting with someone on the phone and just waiting for movement to us, left them at one point and came heated with person on the phone to place an order. Sit right now because it was empty... He needed a while to appear, brought back drinks, took our order and then took another Plüonggg while I bring food BUT my husband enjoys his steak. My food was just okay, but not bad. Maybe staff shortage...
I wanted to celebrate my nephews for the 14th birthday. I'm waiting for the cash to get a drink, because I got there early for a happy hour. then always at the table to get service. they were not so busy! the food and the cook when he finally showed up was great. reservation for 18 o'clock. no food until 645. they advertise free daytime. but you have a pass. 14 years old have no ID yet. I'm not going back. I'm going to benihana.
We sat at the sushi bar for lunch. It was excellent, fresh and flavorful. We started with the edamame, seaweed salad, and miso soup. The hamachi (yellow tail) was fresh, buttery, and sweet. My lunch partner loves Spicy Hotate (scallop) and it too didn 't disappoint. We ordered the Sumo Roll which is compromised of inside shrimp tempura, cucumber, and crab; then the roll is topped with unagi (grilled eel) avocado. We were very happy, satisfied diners. We also had the fresh wasabi which is a special treat, totally different texture and experience from the dry, reconstituted wasabi normally served. Hinata also has a steakhouse robata that has the chef preforming while cooking while the patrons are seated around the cook top. We watched a two performances and they people seemed to be having a lot of fun! This place is definitely a Do Over !
