Chilibomb Chili Factory - Fairfield

Great hot dog. Pork/beef-big, nicely spiced and perfectly grilled on a grilled potato bun. The mild chili is good, not life changing , I'd like to try their hot chili next time. Very good real chocolate milkshake. Worth the detour off 95

The BBQ Bacon burger was absolutely delicious! The cashier was very helpful to us as first-timers. He explained the entire menu and offered suggestions along the way. Very friendly young man. The inside of this establishment is somewhat shabby looking. There are tables to sit at which were clean, but the rest of the place looks like it needs a good cleaning. Also got the Texas Peacemaker chili and cheese sauce over fries. My expectations were a bit too high, I suppose, as I was left disappointed by both the chili and the cheese. Next time, I would get them on the side to dip the fries in to get the perfect ratio of chili to cheese. The fries themselves were pretty good. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken Mac which I sampled. It was decent, not fantastic. Definitely not worth the $10!! I'd eat here again and would suggest it to others.

Tried Chilibomb tonight . I had a burger , really fresh and well cooked . The fries are excellent , hand cut and very good . The hellhound chili was not as spicy as I anticipated but full of flavor The place is small and comfortable , the staff is very friendly and the menu is interesting , my wife enjoyed the macaroni and cheese Definitely will be back , the prices are reasonable and everything is cooked to order

The best Mac and Cheese around. You will not regret going there and trying one of their amazing choices for Mac and cheese or cheese fries. I've brought numerous friends there who all agree it's a treat to go every time !

Went here for the first time today and was very very happy!! First, the guy behind the counter owner I guess) was extremely friendly, helpful and patient as we took our time looking at the menu. When it was time to order, he made suggestions and was very accommodating when we added or customized our order. THE FOOD!!! The fries are crazy good! We got chili cheese fries and they were perfect! Crispy fries, decadent cheese and hot, meaty chili. We could tell they take pride in their food! The burger Jack Me Up) was awesome!! Crispy fried onions just added to the flavors and textures going on in that burger! We have fallen in love and will make that place our new go-to for burgers!! I can't wait to try their other menu items!!
