Restaurant bewertenThe food was terrible. I'll never go to Chevys again. Your food quality has gone downhill
I had reserved yesterday at 4.30. Everyone was very friendly and our server was very attentive and their service was very good. I ordered Crispy Chicken Flautas, it was really crispy and tasteful and Flamed Mixed Grill was great. For my cocktail I ordered Gurke and Jalapeño Margarita; my first was with very fresh taste of Cucumber and Jalapeño and was one of the amazing cocktails with his taste so thanks to the bearder but second did not come as the way it was for the first; it was like regular margarita and there was no taste of any fresh cumber and jalapeño and even the way they cut the cuttings as they cut the one. I noticed that the bearder changed, but it should be the same standard when preparing the cocktail. Our server said they mentioned to the manager, but managers didn't even come to see us or change the cocktail. But thanks to our server that took care of us. I loved this place and will order the same cocktail for my next visit and hope it will be the same as my first one.
Skeleton crew, so it took some time to sit, but otherwise one of us go to places and we prefer Fairfield location over Vallejo, because if it is busy, I see, the manager is busy clearing tables etc.
It was really easy to make a reservation. Only 10 minutes wait from the booking. We did the Happy Hour and the waitress was very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious as usual. We've been to many other Chevys, but this one from far away is the best. Go to the Fairfield site if you want a great service.
My night was ruined because a machine broke and they had to shut the restaurant down. It was my 40th birthday. I had to go to Mel's Dinner next door. What a let down. But at least they were protecting the customers.
