Sunshine Health Foods - Fairbanks

I love going to Sunshine! They recently expanded so I have been going there more since they now have more food choices. They have an amazing selection of vitamins, herbs, etc. and are very knowledgeable about everything they carry. They will do special orders and help you in any way they can. They do not have a complete grocery store (no fresh fruit, veggies, etc. so I do have to find a lot of groceries other places but they have things that no one else has.

I'm glad to see a restaurant that offers vegan choices.

They offer a wide variety of foods, including fresh, canned, and frozen items, as well as supplements and body care products. They also have a good selection of bulk items, including local coffee, and a small area for ready-to-eat sandwiches and other takeout options. While their fresh products may be a bit pricey, they make up for it with their focus on sourcing locally, which is commendable.

We were looking for vegan marshmallows and were pleased to find them at this restaurant. We also decided to purchase some soya curls due to their affordable price. Despite expecting a lot of pricey items, we were pleasantly surprised. There were a variety of vegan options to choose from and the staff were friendly.
