Shoti Bread House - Fair Lawn

If you want to try something else, this is the place. Place is small, but cozy. The bread I suspect they make it there is delicious. I ordered the lamb and it wasn't the biggest, but fine. I would recommend coming here with someone who is familiar with this kind of food and menu from Georgia or anyone. No outside seats and not much parking.

11/10. Visited 3 times in recent months, tried something new every time and everything is delicious and satisfying. Recommend Megruli for cheese lovers, Ajapsandali for vegetables and literally each of the meat dishes for meat eaters. We love this place.

After a year living in Saqartvelo, I am always on the hunt for delicious Georgian dishes. This place is not disappointed. Authentic and delicious. Definitely a foliage of Shotis puri/shoti. Didi madloba!

Let's get two things out of the way first. One, unlike the name already says, is not just a breadhouse or a bakery. It's a restaurant. Second, it's not a luxury fantasies fan ambiance, but more of beautiful casual, that's good. Now what counts. This is a jewel of Fair Lawn and Bergen County known for their special dumplings. And that's a problem because they offer sooooooo much more amazing food. The food is usually Georgian and I am not aware that in Bergen County, where you can get such things. I went there a few weeks ago and tried a few of her offers. The food will be ordered and complex, not simple things thrown together. The taste is fantastic. The prices are very, very friendly. I also met and spoke to the owner who seems to be a really nice person. I called him “head” who surprised him and humbly told me, “I do cooking, marketing and everything else.” No, my friend, you are primarily given a boss what you create and offer to your community. Try it and if for some reason that the type of food is not your cup of tea, well at least it does not cost you a lot to try it at least! 6 stars if I could give them!

Delicious food and great experience as it was my first time trying Georgian food. Only drawback was the service wasn't the best.
