The only reason I rated this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 is that our long pour margaritas tasted more like sweet and sour mix, with very little or no alcohol. This was quite disappointing given the price of over $12. However, if I could have given a 5-star rating just for our server Gustavo, I absolutely would have. He was fantastic! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, he engaged wonderfully with my husband and me. He checked on us frequently to ensure we were well taken care of, making him a true asset to Longhorn Steakhouse in Exton, PA.

Steaks were great and perfectly cooked. A baked sweet potato a wet-baked potato was boiled under and a third wet-baked potato was perfectly boiled. Thousand island salad dressing must be made in the house, it was terrible, it was made with Dill Pickle juice instead of sweet pickle relish. I love salads, but I couldn't eat it with this dressing. All the staff we met were nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service and great tasting. As a frequent customer, I can say that the preparation of food from one visit to the other was always very consistent. Medium rare steaks have always been medium rare, the salmon is always moist and properly cooked, etc.
