Restaurant bewertenTasteless food, chips so overcooked they were hollow inside, ordered nachos with chilli, the chilli was the consistency of gravy, with absolutely no flavour, certainly no chilli, sent the food back and refused the offer of another meal, the staff were nice though
The burger I ordered via UberEats arrived without the fried onions ordered and paid for. The bun was very soggy. The ‘salad’ content was beyond wilted and had combined with the small amount of cheese into an unappetising mush. The bacon was undercooked and chewy, the actual burger lacked flavour and had been cooking for so long it fell apart into granular pieces. Very disappointing. The only good part was the Uber delivery.
Great food and service, cater for all age groups so a nice mix of people around you, friendly and relaxed vibe. Made a refreshing change not to have an ‘optional’ service charge automatically added, hence was nice to feel you’re actually giving a tip for good service
Called in for lunch whilst sales shopping. Not visited one of this chain before and was unsure what to expect, especially as I am gluten intolerant. We were seated upstairs very quickly and found almost all of the menu was available gluten free including the Dirty Fries. We both chose the lunch meal deal of burger, fries and drink for £9.95. My order for gluten free was taken without any fuss. My chicken burger was very tasty and reasonable quality for the price. Gluten free bun provided was a good texture. There was a bit of a wait for the food to be served, but it was Friday peak lunchtime and busy in the city with many other shoppers.
I had a fun evening out with friends at this restaurant. It was quite busy, but I still enjoyed the burger and chips. The chip options were a bit expensive, but they were tasty. The service was polite, although it did feel like we were there for a long time. Thankfully, I was able to pass the time by trying out different cocktails from the menu. Overall, the burger was delicious.
