Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant used to be outstanding, but it seems like they've had a complete turnover recently. The quality has really declined over the last couple of months. Don't rely on the app; there's no option for dining in, takeout, or curbside service—it's exclusively a drive-thru. You can place your order through the app, but they won’t fulfill it, and you'll find yourself stuck waiting in the parking lot until you decide to leave. I've noticed that the average wait time for the drive-thru is around 30 minutes, and the fries are consistently only half-full, which is always disappointing.
Came here Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m., the store hours said should be open and the lights are all on. However when I went to the drive-thru no one's answering. I even called the store three times, and no ones answering. The manager needs to update the hours on Google and put a sign with the exact opening hours on the door to let everyone know what time they open.
I have been to this store several times and each experience has been unsatisfactory; today 's experience takes the cake. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, including the more than 5 minutes it took to be acknowleged at the order speaker. The drive through line was not that long and there was no observable reason that it took the staff that long to get through the line. Once I was finally acknowledged at the order speaker, the staff person was rude and unapologetic for the extremely long wait. The staff was also very rude at the pick up window. All of this AND my food was cold and inedible. I am generally a very patient, benefit of the doubt type of person and it really takes a lot for me to submit a complaint, but my experience today was unacceptable. I understand most places are short staffed and we 're in trying times right now, but polite customer service should still be standard.
Went through drive thru tonight at 5:30pm waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru to finally get to the speaker to wait another 10 minutes for anyone to talk, the boys who were working thought it was funny to moan on the microphone instead of helping while there is a huge line. Ended up pulling off because they weren’t taking any orders and just moaning on the microphone and laughing. 30 minutes of wasted time. Horrible experience.
Once again no bacon cheese burgers. My grandsons are picky eaters. They love Wendy's but when I order their food it's always wrong. Not always Wendy fault cause I'll forget to say plain. This Time I made sure it was plain bacon cheese burgers and what do you know, no bacon! So they wouldn't eat it. The others ate their food cause it was correct
