Horrible service! Doesn't stay open like they should. Doesn't answer phone, shuts off lights while you have been waiting in drive thru. And conveniently has no grilled chicken and says they're out when they do cause I ordered it the very next day on a weekend no deliveries to them. Horrible management! Don't waste your money!!!!!
This location used to be top notch but I think they all left. Really gone down hill in the last 2 months. Do not listen to the app. There is no dine in, take out, curbside. There is ONLY drive thru. You can still order it in the app but they will not service it and you will be stuck waiting in the parking lot until you decide to leave. Average wait time for the drive thru is 30 mins. Fries half full, always a disappointment.
Came here Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m., the store hours said should be open and the lights are all on. However when I went to the drive-thru no one's answering. I even called the store three times, and no ones answering. The manager needs to update the hours on Google and put a sign with the exact opening hours on the door to let everyone know what time they open.
I have been to this store several times and each experience has been unsatisfactory; today 's experience takes the cake. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, including the more than 5 minutes it took to be acknowleged at the order speaker. The drive through line was not that long and there was no observable reason that it took the staff that long to get through the line. Once I was finally acknowledged at the order speaker, the staff person was rude and unapologetic for the extremely long wait. The staff was also very rude at the pick up window. All of this AND my food was cold and inedible. I am generally a very patient, benefit of the doubt type of person and it really takes a lot for me to submit a complaint, but my experience today was unacceptable. I understand most places are short staffed and we 're in trying times right now, but polite customer service should still be standard.
