Fantastic experience! I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for some time, and while I expected it to be good, it exceeded my expectations! The dishes were incredible, the cocktails were refreshing, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you!

We recently visited this new restaurant and were very impressed. The food was truly delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I ordered the crispy duck, while my wife enjoyed the Pad See Yew noodles. Both dishes were outstanding!

Instead of posting a negative review immediately, we filled out an online feedback form. The management responded, apologizing for the unsatisfactory spice level and suggesting that perhaps it had been omitted entirely, but they offered no compensation. The ordering process itself was also problematic. After watching staff move back and forth for several minutes, they finally acknowledged us. We were initially told our order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 30 minutes. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but a more accurate estimate would have been appreciated, as we could have run an errand in the meantime. By the time our food was handed over, they had already flipped the “closed” sign. We tried to call multiple times to place a phone order before walking in, but we received no answer. When we got home and realized the food was bland, we attempted to call again, but there was still no reply. If we had considered driving back for a remake, we would have found the restaurant closed at 8 PM, with not even an offer to remake the food or provide any credit. I truly hope this establishment improves on all fronts because my first experience had me eager to visit weekly. However, I'm now hesitant to return anytime soon, if at all. The 3-star rating reflects an average of my first and second experiences, as I had initially rated them 5 stars.
