The South Fork Baking Company - Etna

Ordered a turkey and swiss w/horseradish mayo mustard, spinach, pickles, pepperoncini, all of that went into a freshly baked roll of bread. It was perfect and delicious! Wherever this guy gets his swiss cheese from...wow. Fast service and only $8 for a sandwich big enough (easily) for breakfast and lunch.

Wonderful delicacies smell scrumptious the moment you walk in. The service was quick and friendly and the Sumatra coffee was just the right strength.Thank you.

Made a quick stop at The South Fork on my way to Etna. Had a pleasant time waiting for the sandwich and strawberry-banana smoothie. The walls were plastered with interesting artwork. My favorite piece was the framed children's drawing.

I bought two scones that I thought the staff person said were maple flavored. The scones had good consistency and were covered with sesame seeds. As for flavor, all we could taste was sugar; far too much sugar, especially for a scone. At least the ride through Scott Valley was beautiful with fields of yellow mustard and Oregon sunshine offset with blue lupine. Snow was still on the very top of the surrounding peaks.

Great sandwiches, coffee and baked goods Cute little place right on the corner. Quick in and out and the guys we super nice.
