Little Caesars Pizza - esville

I'm not sure if the service is struggling or incompetant. I placed a order on Aug.1st, to be picked up in the portal at around 5:40pm, and said my order would be ready between 6:03-6:08pm. I get there, they asked my name multiple times, told them what I ordered multiple times, and gave me the wrong order twice. Mind you, I always check my order before I leave. After the second time, and it was roughly 6:20pm, over 10 minutes late, I was fed up and requested a refund. I got my refund receipt, and went somewhere else. I also wanted to point out there was a dirty, greasy, disgusting box fan sitting on the front counter, IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I've seen other problems with this store in the past, but honestly, I'm considering never giving my business to this location again. It's a shame too, because I live so close. Get it together, and do better next time, because there may never be a next time.

Worst experience ever! They weren't even and still waited 25 minutes for one pizza and cheesy bread. I waited patiently cause I figured at least the food would be nice and fresh. Well, the cheesy bread dough was raw and pizza gross and old. Now I can't even call to get a refund because no one answers the phone.

If you have an option, do not order from this Little Ceasars. There are several MUCH better ones in the area. Our order just arrived via delivery without some of the items, the “cheese bread” had pizza sauce on it and was RAW (I bit into it and I’m 6 months pregnant!!! and our pizza cups came smashed with the box open! I called the store, no answer. We drove out to the store to get a replacement and nobody served us within 15 minutes so we left the pizza boxes on a chair as pictured. Will never order from here again and on the off chance I get sick they will be hearing from me.

Was told it would be 40 minutes before my order was taken. Not 40 minutes waiting for my order, 40 minutes before he would even ask me what we wanted. Crazy.

They used to have major issues and I had gave a 1 star review but I think they changed managers and things are much better here
