But then a couple of weeks ago, I again ordered one for myself and grandson, and it was disappointedly just a thickened strawberry juice sundae. No strawberries. Samething happened today.

We ordered six shakes, and instead of processing them in order of order queue, they served eight people behind us, before even getting to our order. Then when w... Then when we got our order, they hadn't cleaned off the shake mixer between shakes, so one of our vanillashakes had cookies n cream in it. The lady giving us the shakes had what can only be described as attitude towards us when weinquired about our shakes as they had served four people behind us at that point. Overall, would not recommend this location forshakes or service.

I stopped by here on my way home from a dr appointment and they were very helpful and courteous helped w ice cream cake which is my favorite since I was a kid!!... Their menu board is at the window you pick up your order from. So, now you have to go through multiple people waiting for their order, try to remember exactly w... So, now you have to go through multiple people waiting for their order, try to remember exactly what you wanted to order, go back to where you started, and wait for your order. They seem tohave a high turnover rate in employees resulting in misproportioning of menu items.
