Jo's Brooklyn Bagel - Erie

Bagels are amazing, but each time I go there I feel like the staff waiting on me seems bothered to deal with people. I give the bagels 5 stars and the staff 3. You need to interact with your customer at some level and I don’t find that here.

I would of given 5 star but asked for egg n bacon no cheese bagal, got bagal n bacon correct then no egg and had cheese. Have to add though, it was crazy in there n t[k to go but hubby didn't check order before he left,

Came in and only two people were working but they worked perfectly together. Taking turns with orders and making orders as well as cashing people out. I got the Club sandwich on onion bagel to go. They wrap them in foil and it keeps them plenty warm for my 20 min drive back home. Delicious!!

Was visiting from out of town and had a bagel at the Food Hall location, and on my way home out of Erie I stopped here for a bagel and ended up buying a half dozen. They're incredible and perfect in every way. Great prices too!

Jo’s Brooklyn bagel too flagship food hall is a wonderfull addition to the excellent diverse lineup of eats available . I had jury duty that got cancelled nobody told us ! so I found myself nearby and hungry , perfect excuse to get a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese for breakfast had a thermos of coffee with me . The bagel hit all the right notes for me on texture chew, a little crunch , I enjoyed it and already planned my next visit taste . We used to buy 6 dozen bagels Sunday mornings in Brooklyn to put in freezer for the month , I remember the shopping bags of bagels making other riders drool all the way home on MTA .
