The Green Spice - Epping Forest

The order was incorrect and the rice was too heavy. I complained, but felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I will not be returning to Jaal, also known as Green Spice.

I dined at this restaurant today and received excellent service from server Mo! He was very funny and engaging. The food was also fantastic, delicious and perfectly cooked!

They came here as it turned into an Indian restaurant first, they were very good and the service was on point. sad to say that this is not the case, this place has lost its touch and the waiters who saw it as if they...didn don't even want to interact with one of the customers eating well, but waiter need someone with autority because they simply run out.

The food was wonderful a slight varient on some of the dishes you normally get in Indian's, but all well presented and tasty. The service was a bit mixed one waiter seemed not really to understand what was going on, however the second...one was very effecient and managed our order perfectly. Quiet evening when we were in, so limited atmosphere.
