Boston Pizza - Embrun

We were there for lunch with a group of about 20- half adults half hockey kids. Staff was excellent and everyone’s food was good, my own chicken parm was very very good- huge portion, my son I split it, still spaghetti leftovers! Max, our server, was awesome and was great with the kids. Again, Happy Bday Max from the Kemptville Panthers! Thx for a great time.

I finally got the chance to try out our new local establishment and I was not disappointed. We were 4 adults and my toddler son. The waitress was great with my son, bringing his water first, ordering his food right away, and bringing his dessert over as soon as he was done. My son was fed, happy and every waitress who passed us picked up a spoon or made faces with him so he had a great time and dinner was not difficult because of that. Us four adults had great, typical Boston Pizza food, and although we waited a little bit for our food, I am capable of understanding that it has been open for a week or so and there are kinks that need to be worked out. I did not go there expecting the Chateau Laurier. Some of the reviews are overly harsh considering how short of a time this restaurant has been open. Give them a chance! I had a great time and will be going back for sure!

Following a previous bad experience at this Boston Pizza, I took a chance and returned yesterday with my Mom for a late lunch (2 pm). We were seated immediately, drink orders taken and delivered within the first five minutes. Food orders placed and when they arrived they were piping hot and delicious. Our waiter, Dan, was exceptional and very attentive. Will definitely be going back.

I went on a Sunday at 1100 and I had the best nachos I've ever had in my life!! (I have had ALL of the nachos!! The staff was super attentive and friendly. Loved it!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, where I was warmly welcomed by several friendly faces. The place was bustling due to the Grey Cup, yet we only waited about two minutes for a table. I was dining with three kids and two adults, and our food arrived promptly. I ordered quesadillas, while my husband chose the BP burger. Our drinks were consistently refilled, which was great! The staff seemed cheerful and attentive, clearly working well as a team. Our waitress, Melody, was exceptional. This visit was just as impressive as my previous experiences at other Boston Pizza locations. I truly enjoyed it, and the restaurant itself is beautiful! Congratulations to the team! P.S.
