FireSide Classic Grill - Elliot Lake

Call me insane, but I keep coming to this place thinking this time will be different then the last and yet again over priced food for zero Flavour and small pourrions. The staff can barely understand what other customers are saying making them repeat so often. You come to a restaurant for the continence of someone else making dinner for you but this isn't the place. Always disappointing with their food and staff. Do you self a favour stop at foodland instead.

We had a fantastic dinner tonight at this restaurant. My parents ordered the fish and chips, while my brother and I went with the beef ribs and fries. The ribs were large and delicious, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Two of us also ordered Caesar salads, which had a generous portion of pickles and olives. The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The portion sizes were so generous that we couldn't finish our meals. The servers were cheerful and offered great recommendations.

FIRE SIDE CLASSIC GRILL Well, we went there just befor the day of lockdown stay home orders in Ontario. The restaurant was as it was a GOOD FRIDAY. This was our first time and being vegetarian we didn 't know exactly what to order. But we were helped by the person who was assisting us and she gave us some good options. The drinks we ordered were super awesome, I liked mine as I ordered Malibu it was coconut based a bit sweet but too good. Nachos were awesome and so as the the veggie burger but the sautéed veggies were really too bad it was too sweet and we did not eat it at all. Hope to visit again

Had heard many positive remarks about the Fireside, today had lunch with a friend ... right from the door positive staff, including our fabulous waitress Cenie. Greeted us cheerfully, promptly took our order (the wait was short), and put all the accessories on the table without asking. We ordered fish chips, followed by sticky toffee pudding, plus drinks. Really can't praise the whole meal. The delicious fish chips had coleslaw sauce, perfect! The yummy pudding couldn't have been better, highly recommend it. I liked interior of the restaurant, well laid out. It was a most enjoyable experience, and will definately re-visit.

Had placed a take out order for delivery. Food was cold when delivered. Coleslaw is suppose to have sauce on it and it was just cabbage. The rueban sandwiches were burnt. Amd gross. Gravey was cold. And the manager I was talking to when I called back a second time was very rude.it was an $80 **** up order. We have ordered from there a few other times and everytime they have messed our order up.
