Restaurant bewertenMy husband went to this location, only to receive the wrong order three times in the drive thru. Card striped three times and given some food cooked in old grease. Horrible Dairy Queen we need you to do better at this location.
Just went there online it says it opens at 10am I was told it opened at 10:30an when I said oh well online it says 10am she rudely cut me off and repeated it opens at 10:30am. This type of bad attitude makes me not want to come back.
I usually order a few items from Dairy Queen: fries, which are often not very warm, and Blizzards, if they're available. However, I've noticed that they don't seem to be made as well as they used to be. I believe this is due to the high turnover of employees. Overall, I've seen a change since the pandemic.
I went through the drive-thru and asked about a dessert item that is apparently no longer available on the menu. However, the attendant went silent each time I inquired about it and didn’t provide any answers. It wasn't an issue with the system, as they kept asking what I wanted. I ended up ordering something else, but I think they really need to improve their customer service.
We went through the drive-thru to get some Blizzards and ordered three different flavors. However, when they handed us the Blizzards, they weren't able to tell us which one was which. After driving just a couple of minutes to a nearby park, we noticed that most of our ice cream had melted. There seems to be an issue with the machine because it shouldn't have melted that quickly in an air-conditioned car. While the flavor was delightful, what we ended up with was more like flavored ice milk rather than proper ice cream.
