Wow this place needs new management! I received soggy food. Returned to the store went inside and asked for it to be remade. They put my original food in the microwave and gave it back to me.

The only Runza I have been to and its very good. The food is never burnt, staff is extremely polite and helpful. The small size of this restaurant is no problem at all.

We placed a mobile order, and it was ready right in time when we arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and while they forgot to put in a French onion dip, they made it right as soon as I asked. The tables were spotless and everything was clean and new-looking. The USB charger outlets at each table are a great idea, too!

I only ate the double cheeseburger without the bun. It was excellent. Wife got a single cheeseburger with a side salad. Little disappointed in salad. Just lettuce and a little amount of tomato's. The cheeseburger s tasted great. Clean place and they were fast.
