Burger King - Elkhorn

The atmosphere is quite dark and has an old-fashioned vibe. I placed an order at the drive-thru, but they asked me to pull up. There was no one else in line, and I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without receiving my food. I had to go around again to ask where my order was.

We have visited this location four times, and each time our orders were incorrect. While they did rectify their mistakes, it ultimately cost the business more. It's evident that the kitchen staff could benefit from additional training on their menu items. At this point, I'm left wondering how many visits it would take to finally get our order right and whether we’re willing to find out. Additionally, the front door is locked, and there is no sign directing customers to enter through the gas station, which led us to leave without knowing this on one occasion. This restaurant definitely needs improvement!

The freshest Burger King food I've ever experienced! The staff were extremely friendly, especially the ones at the drive-thru window.

Terrible. The place is constantly closed.. The service wasn't that great to begin with and now you can't even stop in to get a Burger. Being a truck driver we're very limited on where we can go. Not happy we'll never stop there again.

They send coupons for good deals, it makes a difference. I like onion rings, and you can get them in stead of fries with the coupon. I can usually get through the drive thru quickly, and the food is fresh.
