Fazoli's - Elkhart

I dined in, and ordered a to go order, everyone in service was kind and funny! Alicia and Sabrina did a wonderful job, the cooks as well. I will be coming back again, I love fazolis!

Horrible experience I ordered 2 spaghetti got 1 sauce, ordered meatballs got 0, got 0 breadsticks. Placed an online order and when I picked up I sat for 5 mins waiting for the food when it was sitting on the counter the whole time.

Michael at restaurant 5949 in Elkhart was phenomenal! He was so helpful and attentive to the customers. He was pleasant and very kind. You could tell he really enjoyed helping people! Great experience!

The Italian sub was on point... The staff was extremely friendly talking to my kids and laughing with them. Would definitely go back.

Got delivery, didn't get the right order. And the customer service was beyond NOT helpful in getting my actual order. Ended up not even getting it, as well as didn't receive my refund. First time ordering from this location and I will never order again.
