Dunkin' - Elizabeth City

Amazing experience lately. This ECity site was great when they first opened years ago, then slowly went downhill with super rude staff. So I stopped going. This New Jersey girl grew up on Dunkin and was disappointed by what it had done here. Decided on a mood to get it back a few months ago with a good experience and then again today. The girl at the other end of the ride was THE SWEETEST. She said she was from NY and her name is Bryan (sp). Staff and how they treat customers make a big impact. She also made the best frozen coffee I ever had from Dunkin. Requisit to Amazing Staff! She deserves a huge increase!

We keep here on a journey from NH to Fl. The women here were so nice. It was by far the most friendly. KB was great.

There was a lot that had already ordered to wait for drinks and a line waiting for order when we came in. The gentleman behind the counter and the woman who made the drinks knocked it out with a smile and we are quiet and polite. Once we have refunded our order and checked the lady, the drinks on us several times during the looping of drinks. Great hectic! Thank you.

I visited the ride at 7:30 a.m. this morning and was helped by a young lady in a black fuzzy jacket with long braid and a brown scrunchie in her hair. She was very nice and took a moment to give me a compliment that she did at my previous visits, although it was busy. I always forget to look at her name tag, but every time I see her, she always has a smile and is really in a good mood. She never sounds grumbling on the intercom and seems to enjoy her job. I just wanted you to know what a good employee you have and hopefully she thinks she's a while.

The donut holes were good but the coffee is little strong but good
