Their food is usually good but they need to change their grease for their french fries.

It took over 2 1/2 hours to get 1 Italian beef and cheese and onion rings. When we called to find out where are food was they gave us every excuse possible to make it seam like it was are fault. They tried telling us we ordered from Sugar Grove then they told us they didn't have a order at all even after that they tried telling us they already deliver it.
