Monterreys Mexican Grill - Elba

Very weird experience! They were only concerned slinging out food for the customers and no guard for the experience. Tvs set at volume full blast. Someone controlling the Wifi TV which was overhead of our table seemed to be annoying us on purpose. THE VOLUME WENT UP AND DOWN FOUR TIMES AND THE STATION WAS SWITCHING CONTINUOUSLY. No one did anything to stop whomever was playing with the TV even after we ask for someone to make it stop. We could not even carry on a conversation amongst ourselves. No one seemed to be managing anything except slinging food from the kitchen.. We did move away from the TVs. In the middle of eating we could not take it any longer. The young waitress was completely clueless as I asked her where the Uplifting Music was???? Seriously a twilight zone experience at a completely bootleg Mexican restaurant. Food was awful after battling a blaring TV with annoying content.

This was my 2nd time here and it was wonderful both times. Highly recommend

The Manger is so Rude she need to learn good customer service.....

The margaritas are good but the food is only so-so. The wait-staff is very friendly. The bathrooms were unbearably filthy.

Great authentic Mexican food, much better than some of the larger chain restaurants. the best prices and prices!
