Restaurant bewertenThe restaurant experience was disappointing. The cashier was distracted, looking at their phone, while a cook stood nearby with an unfriendly demeanor. The lobby was uninviting and cold, and the food itself was not much better—cold fries, burned patties, and lukewarm nuggets. Overall, it was a disappointing excuse for a restaurant, even by fast food standards.
Their menu is frequently updated with new food options, but the prices listed are misleading. I ordered a frost protection item that was listed as $1.49, but I was charged $1.89 with tax. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, he simply stated that they hadn’t updated the prices and made it difficult for me to receive any acknowledgment of the issue. Additionally, they no longer include any sauces with the items, and the quality isn’t what it used to be.
The customer service was quick, and the food was served hot and fresh. I've visited this Wendy's multiple times, and the staff is consistently friendly.
He just wanted a moment. I guess he forgot about me, never took my order, so I had to take off. 5 6 22 night. jack in the box took my order no problem. definitiw will not be back.
I hate to say it because I've always loved the Wendy's on Mesa in the UTEP area. Lately though the burgers are very dry and too salty. Kind of slapped together. The fries that were my favorite from anywhere are often fried in old grease and taste bad. They are also old on top of it. I hope they get it together because Wendy's has always had good burgers and fries
