Starbucks - El Paso

I love coming to this place whenever I get the opportunity. I'm lucky it is in walking distance from my work. It is one of the few Starbucks locations that does not cheat you when order an iced drink. If I go to a location that the people is not familiar with me, I always have to order the drink with Easy Ice. What irritates me is that there are indicator lines on the cup to make sure you don't get ripped off. One of the Baristas/Managers there Vannesa, always surprises me with something new! I am usually the type of person that is a creature of habit. Once I find something I like, I rarely change. But you can't live like that. Diversity is what makes our country grand and variety is the cornerstone of it! So next time you come to this Starbucks, I recommend the Dealer's Choice! Get something that they recommend based on what you like, I promise they will create a concoction you will surely enjoy!

Love a Starbucks cup of coffee or espresso sometimes. I'm not a frequent visitor because I am on a budget but, when I go I do enjoy a good cup of coffee. Excellent customer service and good tasting cookies and coffee.

My mother and I visited this Starbucks and were excited to see some cute cups, so we ended up purchasing some. However, our experience was not so great due to the cashier. She was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I mentioned wanting to scan my app for points, as well as when I was translating for my mom and figuring out which size of drink my little sister wanted. Her behavior made my family feel uncomfortable. After receiving our drinks, one of them was not what we expected, so we kindly asked if it could be remade or exchanged. Another girl made us a new drink that was much better, and we were grateful for her kindness. Overall, the experience can vary depending on the staff members' attitudes. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars - even though one person was not pleasant, the other girl was the opposite.
