When through the drive through and got cold fries. We told the girl at the window and were given a second batch of cold fries.

People are waiting in line for an excessive time and no one came to their service. I use to work at a lot of customer service jobs and this is by far the worst display of work that I have seen. My suggestion is that the staff either get some new training or hire a new staff altogether.

Thier drive thru sucks they take forever to take orders and they don't answer the phone calls

Just went here tonight and not only did I wait more than 20 minutes in the drive thru, my oreo McFlurry was just vanilla ice cream with some oreo crumbs on top they didn’t even mix it. 20 minutes to add some toppings basically?

Kid-friendliness: There is a play area for children. There is wheelchair accessibility. There is plenty of parking, in my opinion.
