Starbucks - El Monte

They're decent, but they often mess up my order, which is quite frustrating.

I placed my order through the app to save time, but the staff seemed to ignore me and left me standing in the hot sun for about five minutes. Finally, a female employee brought me my order, but her attitude was evident as she rolled her eyes.

Every time I've visited this place, the entire staff has been incredibly positive and helpful. On one occasion, the server's cheerful attitude truly lifted my spirits and made my day better.

This dieucks has always shown me a great customer service.

Ask for hot coffee, got cold. It's Starbucks you had one job!
